The office is led by accomplished professionals with deep expertise in international education and cross-cultural programs.

• Dr. Muneeb Bukhari – A distinguished medical professional and Program Director with extensive experience
  in Chinese medical universities. He specializes in fostering partnerships between universities for international faculty
  and student exchange programs, particularly across South Asian and African regions.
• Ms. Anastasiia Shalabanova – An International Relations expert focused on multicultural educational
  frameworks. She supports strategic planning and cross-cultural engagement within the university’s global outreach programs.
